Babies No. 7 & 8 - They Come And Go...

Everyone in the house woke up nice and calm, except for Molly. She didn't like the fact that I didn't enroll her again into boarding school.

So, instead of gardening, I contacted Molly's school.

"Hello this Mrs Florence speaking."
"Hi, I'm Molly Hollows' mother. I'm calling to notify the school that Molly has transferred to Twinbrook community school."
"Oh, ok. I'll notify the school board. Have a nice day, Miss Hollows."
"You too. Goodbye."

Molly is now studying in Twinbrook while Jenna stays in boarding school, Celeste will be in Dribbline Sports Academy and Mikayla will be in Smugglesworth Prep School.

Molly said she would be cleaning the house, gardening and doing the laundry, and then she would play video games with her sisters, while I went out of the house to see if there were anyone else who would like to participate.

I had to go around the entire suburb until someone said yes and wanted to participate.

Once I returned home, the first thing I expected to hear was a loud ruckus, but there turned out to be no noise except for some footsteps running towards me, along with a little girl saying, "Mum! You're home! Finally!".

I gave Mikayla a hug as she came near to me.

"Mum, today we cleaned our bedrooms, played some games, and Molly told us a scary story! Oh, and Celeste and I played with our dolls!" She said, filled with excitement.

"That must've been fun! We'll play more tomorrow, ok?"

"Ok!" She said.  I noticed that her hair was tied it up into a ponytail. I don't think she likes having her hair down.

Then, I heard a noise from upstairs and looked up. I know Mikayla did too, because she stopped jumping, froze and looked up the ceiling too. I heard Celeste and Jenna's voices. What are they doing?

Jenna's Point of View

I followed Celeste down the hall, hearing her say, "Come on Jenna! You gotta see this!

Molly was gardening outside, and Mikayla was going to hug mum and tell her about our day. (Hope she doesn't tell mum I allowed Celeste and her to watch a scary movie)

'I hope this is good.' I say in my head.

"There's just something weird in Molly's room. You just gotta see it, ok?"

" What? A zombie gnome in the bedroom? That was just a movie we saw ok?"

As I enter Molly's room, the only thing Celeste thought was 'weird' was Piper Hollows' graduation certificate.

"See? There was a person named Piper Hollows."
"Yeah, she's our half sister, for god's sake!

I was furious at her for making me run here for nothing. I could hear the elevator coming up. I went to bed immediately, just for mum to not get upset.

The Next Day

A week passes by and it's already Sunday. Celeste, Molly and Jenna all packed their bags and entered the taxi (before it was a limo but now it changed).

Only me and Molly were in the house, other than the baby. Though the most saddest part rushed through my head: When they come back, they will be all grown up, well, Jenna really.

I was so upset when that reality check flooded through me. I hope this isn't what I feel every time my children leave.

Minutes later, I soon wiped off my face and went back inside to have lunch with Molly.
